How do I place an order?
We encourage you to connect with us via Instagram or using the enquiry form for bespoke orders. Additionally all of our products suitable for UK wide shipping can be found in our online store.
What if I need to change my order?
You may, prior to 8 weeks before your event date, amend or cancel your order by providing us with written notice. Please note your order will not be changed until we have confirmed this in writing.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We are sorry to hear you may need to cancel your order.Â
In the event of a cancellation of a bespoke offline order by yourselves, charges are as follows;
More than ninety days prior to the date = deposit only
Ninety days to one calendar month prior to the date = deposit plus 50% of the total order cost
Less than one calendar month prior to the date = full amount
Any payments previously made are not refundable.
I need to postpone, what should I do?
In the event of a postponement, the payment due remains the same as a cancellation. Subject to availability we will carry the monies paid forward to the new event date. Â Please be aware that we will only do this on one occasion. Any further postponements will be classes as a cancellation.
Le Cakepop Kitchen have cancelled my order, what happens next?
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order any monies paid will be refunded. Le CakePop Kitchen reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation of this contract if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing): fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, strike, lock outs, riot, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any other event outside the control of Le CakePop, and Le CakePop shall not be liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.
How do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped daily from Le Cakepop Kitchen HQ and will have a tracking number.

Orders are only shipped Monday - Friday and NO weekend deliveries via courier are available. If you have placed an order for a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) you should expect this to arrive on the Friday before.

Please consider the date you'd like your goods to arrive when placing your order.
Do you provide a Vegan option
Unfortunately at the moment, no. However this is something we are working on and will endeavor to cater for in the future.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering with as much notice as possible and recommend a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Ideally, order 4 weeks in advance to be sure your order will be able to be delivered on time
I have a bespoke order enquiry, what should I do?
We love bespoke orders and understand for some events its important to talk through the options. We would love to hear from you either via email, social media, or our chat form here on the website so that we can discuss your requirements.
My item was damaged in transit, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your order has been damaged in transit. We take the best possible care when packaging your items.

No refunds will be given by Le CakePop Kitchen for damage in transit however you can raise a claim with the courier.

I have a complaint, what should I do?
Complaints are very rare and due to the amount of work put into each individual order we take them very seriously. Any issues must be bought to our attention with 48 hours of collection or delivery to give fair opportunity to assess the nature of the complaint.
